Yes, you will need to send in a DTD only if you are ordering a fullsuit. I will also need your shoe size and the circumference around your head. A DTD is a cast of a person's body made of duct tape for use as a mannequin.

Yes! You absolutely can! You can ask anytime, although I send the wips normally. I only ask to not ask me for a wip during my work off time, which is listed at the top of the page. During these days/hours I will happily send a wip, or ask a question, but not during my free time.

No. The smalles order I do is just a head. Unless you have previously ordered for example a head would like upgrade to a partial, then I will happily accept if I have the time to do so.

Absolutely. I am not willing to work off description. There are tons of free to use bases for fursuits.

Absolutely! I an here to help you get a character that you’ll love. I usually encourage you to pick a gender, set of colors, and a species and I will do the rest! Ordering also a design costs 30$ extra to the fursuit commission.

Only if I haven't started your commission, or I haven't gotten far with it. If you are doing a simple design change to your character you are all good! If you wish to completely change or redesign the character you are commissioning, please message me as soon as possible! Fees for new fur (if new colors are needed) will be discussed as well as design fees. Please don't change your design mid way into the making process. It would be a big waste of time and material.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. I pick a scent based on many factors; if i have the label for it, the oil fragrance etc. You will be provided with a random scent, unless you have allergies; please contact me if you have allergies for certain fragrances. If you do not contact me and end up getting allergy from inhaling the fursuit spray; that is not my fault. I always say to please look through my whole website before commissioning, especially ToS and FaQ.

Yes! I'll only accept free repairs within the first 2 months of you receiving the suit. All you have to pay is shipping. Please send back your suit CLEAN. Cetrain aspects may include a fee if there's a large amount of material needed. After the warranty ends you will have to pay a fee depending on the repair.

I try my best to make extra room for glasses, but can't promise that they will fit comfortably.

Nope. If you like a certain style, I can mix it with mine. If you want a certain style and none of mine, please commission the maker of the style you are interested in.

The making of a fursuit can range from 4 months up to 6 months. Typically, my turnaround time is quite fast, unless I have a significant queue or other ongoing projects.

At that moment, I offer rush fee which costs 250 USD and makes your suit a higher priority, HOWEVER I do not work with deadlines due to stress.
