TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning NocturnoFursuits you hereby agree to my terms of service and therefore agree to obey the rules and regulations as follows.

GENERAL

The client is required to e-sign NocturnoFursuits' terms of service document via Google Forms.
- If choosing a fullsuit or a halfsuit, you are required to make a DTD (duct tape dummy) I am not in charge of paying of materials for the duct tape or shipping to me. How the suit will lay on you depends on how well you'll make the dummy.

- Quotes are non-obligation! However, if you do want to talk about the quote details and change some stuff, don't hesitate to reply.

-I have the right to change, edit, and update these terms.
- I have the right to post any fursuit I make as an example of my work (or to promote myself as a fursuit maker) on any website. (if you want to surprise someone with a fursuit, please say ahead of time so I don't post WIPs or finished product untill the person gets the suit)

- If you purchase a fursuit made by me secondhand (not directly from me) and get scammed (someone steals your money or doesn't send the fursuit, etc.) it is not my resposibility! Once I send the fursuit to the first owner and owner decides to scam someone, I do not have control of that. I can help by sharing the scammer information but that's all I can do.

- When posting publicly on social media, the client must properly credit NocturnoFursuits for the creation of their fursuit. A good place for this is in the client’s social media bio, pinned post, instagram highlight, or any individual post where the fursuit is seen.

PAYMENT

- I take payment via PayPal, the reciever: NocturnoFursuits.

- I take full payment upfront preferably, HOWEVER I do offer payment plans.

- I can do 50% now and the rest in 2 week.

- For bigger orders, for example - a fullsuit digi, I can do more advanced payment plans, just ask :)

Commission

Process

 - The communication between NocturnoFursuits and the client is to be professional and cordial. Small talk or discussion of personal life is not preferred, and NocturnoFursuits may set any necessary boundaries.

-The client’s commission will be added to NocturnoFursuits' public Trello board: https://trello.com/b/EVHpsBic/nocturno-fursuits-queue

- I have the to move the commissions anytime. Position in the queue depends on your character design complexitiy, times, delays or material availability reasons. Remember that i'm the only one working physically on commissions, so i could need to move the commissions on the queue for a lot of working reasons.

- If the client requests changes to their fursuit during the commission process, they will be charged a fee to cover labor and material costs. Sales tax will apply to any fees.

TURNAROUND TIME

- Turnaround time is 3-4 months to 6-8 months :)
- When I add you to my queue, I will give you an estimate of when I think I will get to start your project, but this is an approximation based on the amount of people that are ahead of you in my queue, and is subject to change. I will not rush any projects so that I get to yours sooner.

- I reserve the right to work on premade designs in any time I need to, even if I am currently working on your fursuit. I am living on my own and need a financial stability.

WARRANTY

- For popped seams, buttons falling off, loose stitching, etc: You pay to ship it to me, I pay to ship it back to you! There is no charge for fixes if it's something I did wrong.

- For alterations to the fit, changing hair type, etc: Shipping both ways is paid by client. A charge for alterations will be given as well.

- I am not liable to sizing issues due to faulty measurements on your part. Try to get accurate measurements for your commission!

SHIPPING

- I ship immediately after finishing and photographing the fursuit. I will need your full name and address.

- Shipping is priced after whole fursuits is packaged fully, as shipping prices depend on the weight. It is usually 100$-150$.

- The client is responsible for providing their complete and valid address.
-I will not draw or write on the outside of the package. (for safety)
